Meet Kimberly Ridley, our founder and director of Miracles-N-More Outreach.

Kimberly Ridley is a salon owner/stylist of Miracles-N-More Hair Salon. She's been in the business for 22 years. She opened in 1998. Her 1st location was 3844 Crestlyn Rd.

She has an outreach program which helps aid the homeless and less fortunate in her community. Which provides handbags filled with toiletries clothing, & shoes. The movement started when she realized her excess knowing that "She's BLESSED to be a BLESSING".

 She has operated a charm school program 10 for young ladies between the ages of 5-18. Teaching health & hygiene, social graces, etiquette and community service. Her philosophy is based on that children should be provided with skills and talents to keep them off the streets, so they can pursue being young adults in their community.

Currently she host different fundraisers to host various events to have income necessary to make sure events she's hosted and continues to host, such as Girls Who Brunch, TEENS and TWEENS Youth Summit & her  annual BACK TO SCHOOL GIVEAWAY. ​

She has currently given over 600 filled handbags to 3 shelters around Baltimore City (Downtown Partneship, My Sisters Place & Hope Mission) 

She leads and directs with the help of many volunteers of clients and those in her community. 

Her motto is: TOGETHER WE DO IT BETTER and WIN. She's had many interviews with WJZ CHANNEL 13 and WMAR CHANNEL 2. They're definitely ready to continue to follow the community movement. 

She's been awarded  by the GREATER BALTIMORE Committee and received the  BALTIMORE CITY MAYORS AWARD for small business doing good in her community. She's a high school graduate of Joppatowne High School. Then after she decided to enter the world of entrepreneurship becoming a salon owner/cosmetology.
